I’m excited to provide you with all of your facial and body beauty services. I currently only offer lash extensions services at this time future services will include, facials, body facial services, brazillian and body waxing services, vajacial and yoni services and more!! PLEASE BOOK APPOINTMENTS VIA TEXT AT 443.343.7682 or DM on Instagram at _prettyminkme 💕TRAVEL TO HOME SERVICE💕 ✨There will be a $25/ per every 20 miles fee from where I provide services (COLUMBIA, MD) ✨Please do not cook 60 mins prior to appointment (it will impair room air temperature ) ✨ It is extremely important to have the desired room that you getting serviced in to be at room temperature (not too hot or cold) failure to do so will weaken the glue and result in poor retention. I will refuse service. ✨I will arrive 10 mins prior to appointment for set up, and will start service immediately afterwards ✨If upon arrival you are not ready to be serviced you will be charged a $25 late fee , after 15 mins and you are still not ready to be serviced or if upon arrival you are not around or available to be serviced your appointment time it will be cancelled and a 80% no show fee will be charged. 💕Booking & Deposit ✨When booking place your card on file(REQUIRED) , select your services & the day you would like your service. ✨There is a $10 non refundable deposit which goes toward your balance. Deposits will be paid via Apple Pay / Zelle & ONLY Screenshot your deposit & send your name and IG so I’ll know to expect you. Appointments will NOT be booked until deposit is confirmed!! ✨Your remaining balance will be due after your service is completed in form of cash , Apple Pay or Zelle ✨MANDATORY Before starting your services you will need to complete and sign consent/waiver form prior to consent to indicate you have no contraindications. ✨When booking for custom strips, book for the day you want to pick up ✨I will except squeeze in, off day, late night appointments for $25 fee 💕Late fees & cancellations ✨If you are running late there will be a 15 min grace period after your appointment time. If you do not arrive within the 15 min grace period your appointment will be cancelled. ✨ If you have to reschedule please cancel within 24hrs, failure to notify of cancellation will be charged 50% of your service balance. No Call No Shows will be charged 80% of your service balance . No Shows will be banned and will not be able to book again. ✨Refunds are permitted only on my inconvenience 💕Two week Fill In Policy ✨There will be (1) free complimentary fill in within the first week if lashes need maintenance . ✨In order to maintain healthy lashes you must prebook your next fill in before your lash appointment is finished ✨For every set there will only be (1) fill in per set. 🚨You must have at least 60% of your your lashes from your last set for your fill in, otherwise you be charged for a full set. 💕Other Term & Policies ✨Please come to your appointment with a make up free, clean bare face, ❗️if there is any make up or debris build up, you will be charged a xtra $15 for inconvenience. ❗️ ✨No Xtra Guest, only clients who are being serviced (exceptions case by case scenario) ✨Please remove contact lenses prior to appointment ✨POSITIVE VIBES ONLY!!!✨ 💫Sickness & COVID 19💫 If you’re feeling sick with a mild cough or congestion please reschedule.
